I was watching YouTube videos of the Mamas & Papas, and in the comment section, some one posted the meaning behind the lyrics in this song.

Long read, but quite interesting on how many 60's musicians knew each other and how they got started.

I always thought their harmonies were beautiful.

A shame Cass Elliot's life and solo career ended so sadly. A false rumor was that Cass Elliott died from choking, when in fact she had a heart attack.

She died in London, in a apartment, the same apartment, where 4 years later, Keith Moon, the Who's drummer died.
