I purchased 1,000 rounds of Federal XM193BK on 12/31/2017 from Palmetto State Armory when they were having the big ammo sales. I tried to get my $50 rebate from Federal and have been told via their web site Federal Rebate that it is not eligible for a rebate. My full UPC is 5-00-29465-06071-3, but the eligible number is 5-00-29465-56071-3. I am 100% positive the ammo had a rebate. Anyone else have a problem that ordered around that time? It took a full two weeks before I received the order.

I sent PSA a message a little bit ago, I'll see what they say.

I have received my rebates and didn't have any issues, but I'm confused about your situation. When you received your order, did you submit your rebate online? It seems you would have known at that time if your product didn't qualify. Or did you print out a form and mail it in?

Perhaps it was the individual boxes that qualified and not the bulk pack? Did you get 1000 rounds loose packed? Or 50 boxes of 20 all in one case?

I got the 3,800 rounds of American Eagle 9mm for $800 with free shipping. It came in 76 boxes of 50 and took about a week to deliver. The rebate took a couple of months, but I got a check from Federal for $200. I did it on line and had a problem with the website accepting my completed form. I finally called Federal and they told me I was missing the last dash number that was at the opposite end of the box. I added that and it went through with no problem.

I bought some at Palmetto and it was also advertised as included in the rebate. When I went to submit mine the UPC was NOT part of the rebate.

I bought a 1000 round bulk pack from them. There were several barcodes on the box. Only one of them, which I think was on the bottom, was on the list, but they were all similar. There one on the bottom was the only unique one. The others were all the same.

Yup, ArtieS and I bought some from TargetSports. All of the Federal that we ordered was advertised as eligible for the rebate.

However, when I entered the information online, only the .223 was honored, rebate check has been received for that; the handgun stuff was declared "not eligible."

Not trusting the online information, I filled out the form manually and mailed it in with the bar codes attached. I received a rejection post card.

I just tried to submit for the rebate with Federal on their web site. Since you have to mail in the physical bar code from the box, or at least that was my understanding. I'm just doing it now, because honestly I had forgot about it and I got busy with other things going on.

I had a problem when I tried to send mine in as well. The problem was I was using the wrong bar code from the box. The bar code on the sides of the box are not what you use. Look on the bottom of the box for a slightly different bar code. The website worked fine then.

I had the exact same problem. The $50 check came last week, that was a great deal.
