When the police label the top 10 and target them to prevent crime it’s somehow racist and illegal.

Is this a "prorated" program? So $300 is the max amount for not shooting anyone, is it like $250 for not beating the shit out of people?

Maybe they can pay them $300 a month, and also isolate them. To maximize participation. Maybe an island in the middle of San Francisco Bay...you know to MAKE SURE they CANT STOP participating in this life changing mentorship.

Define "to not be involved in shootings" What exactly does 'involved' mean in this application?

No knowledge or incitement?

No ordering?

No trigger pulling?

Not getting convicted?

I'd take a little of that action especially if it's retroactive. Age 70 and haven't shot anyone yet should get a big lump sum.
