I feel sorry for the Officer involved in this. Fox news has put up at least 8 reports on this since 8 AM. I mean, really, the same story every 30 minutes all morning? It's getting to the point where I'm thinking it's harassment.
I've stopped counting.

I’ve actually seen that with an attorney in shorts, LEO in bed or a non department graphic t-shirt while there to testify, people driving down the road, on a commuter train, etc., etc., etc. It got so bad our courts only allow defendants or a party in after verification from their attorney because of all the shenanigans.
At least he had boxers on, could have been a banana hammock.

———————————————— The world's not perfect, but it's not that bad. If we got each other, and that's all we have. I will be your brother, and I'll hold your hand. You should know I'll be there for you!
Hell, I was more irritated with the lady at the end walking with the phone like she is at the grocery store talking to a friend and then making a peanut butter sandwich during a court session. That judge probably wants to end Zoom sessions after that fiasco.
