Cold evenings is what ripens the fruit like apples. I'm hoping they can be picked on time before any serious freeze.

Here in Michigan, the regular varieties get picked late August through September.

It's been a very humid summer here. Highs in the low 70's here this week, it's been great!

I like to go as much as I can without using the A/C or heat. It’s kinda a light challenge.

I’m not anal about it, but in the Spring & Fall, tactically opening the windows at night, maybe daytime with agreeable temps.

This is as opposed to some that may use heat in the morning, then complain it’s hot inside by mid afternoon.
