I was just thinking of posting the same 'observation'. Very timely. The only thing worse is, after the looong wait for a human, you get someone whose english is impossible to understand. Tip - before you make the call, put in your Apple Airpod Pros. Wait - Don't have these? You'll have time to buy them between the time you push 1 for English and a human of some sort answers. I'm sorry if I hurt you feelings when I called you stupid - I thought you already knew - Unknown ................................... When you have no future, you live in the past. Unless I am in my car, where the phone plays through the radio's amplifier and speakers, I never answer the phone because hearing aids do not play nicely with the phone. Everybody who corresponds with me knows to use written communication, either text or email. All calls go directly to voicemail. I think that I'll change my voicemail greeting to "Your call is very important to us. Please wait for the next available representative." הרחפת שלי מלאה בצלופחים | |||

And when you do get to talk to someone and explain the situation, then you get passed to the next person and have to start from scratch until you come back full circle to the original person you talked to.
