I buy (and return) a LOT from Amazon.

I use the Kohl’s drop off. As for quick shipping, I ordered some cases and a keyboard for my new iPad last night at 10:30 pm, they were in my doorstep when I woke up at 6:30 his morning.

Checked the Ring camera and delivery was at 4:08 am! Less than 6 hours after placing order.

Be very careful with the "free" returns on some items. It may cost you nothing to get it back to them but it now takes forever (UPS Store dropoff) and the last two returns I did were hit with a restocking fee.

On every order from Amazon, you should note 3 things:

1. Who sells the item?
2 Who ships the item?
3. Are items returnable?

If you note all 3 things before putting an item in the cart, you should never be surprised or disappointed with Amazon's service.

If you buy something that is shipped and sold from a 3rd party, that's on you.
