David WWe are under contract at the moment *fingers crossed everything goes ok* and I left my safe in the basement (72"x 24"x 48"), left my Dillon 550 out, reloading stuff, etc. I had lived here for 10 years and I hope the people around here had a heart attack when they saw my "arsenal" of gun stuff when they can in at the open house

This was our experience when we sold in 2013.
I found it annoying, and initially refused to do it. I argued to our realtor that we're selling the house, not our stuff. But, we got negative feedback from early showings related to our stuff.
So, we removed it and had the home staged. It seemed artificial, but we sold a couple of weeks later, and that's what we were looking to do.
