Louisiana update========= the governor vetoed the push for constitutional carry but there is a possible veto session could and maybe called on 20 July 2021(?) mainly to address another vetoed bill. I believe there has not been a veto override since the middle 1970"s. Guess we will have to wait and see what is going to happen. Gov Abbott signed the bill into law and beginning 1 Sep 2021 Texans can carry open or concealed without a permit (if they are allowed to own a firearm). Businesses still have the authority to deny carrying in their premises.
