having worked in the grocery biz for 35 yrs, I can say with all honesty, I have seen male, female, white, black, and every shade of brown in between use a card or stamps, and folks from skinny 90 lb folks to 400+ in a mobility chair

no rhyme or reason to it, just some of everyone,



one thing that stuck with me, and I have been out of that biz for 11 yrs, out of that store 15, was a family,
daugher was 18, mom in her 30's, grandma in her lat 40's or early 50's,
all attractive, nice figures, dressed like going to sunday school, and they were fawning over the youngest and taking pictures, at the register,

It is difficult to adequately describe what goes on here.

For the most part, all races seem to peacefully co-exist here, but the local news is filled nightly with violent crimes, usually same race on same race. Black on black is the more prevalent in my area (B'ham metro).

I think everyone wants to be treated equally, but the MSM (Marxist Socialist Media) and social media really, really push the victimhood and disparity agenda, and many blacks drink that kool-aid, especially in the "Black Belt" section of the state.

My kids went to integrated schools and played on integrated sports teams. They often told me about black kids being ostracized and bullied by other blacks, especially if they did well academically in school. It really confused and bothered them. They recognized that "failure" seemed to be more celebrated than success in the black school culture. All I could say was that the world was cruel to those who didn't try and that choices had consequences.

Now that my kids are adults, they understand that.

My wife's niece went thru a rebellious phase and had two boys with different black drug dealers. She raised both boys by herself, in a rural Iowa community where she had lived her whole life. Both boys graduated top of their class in HS and both went on to college - one to Med School and is now an ER MD, the other is a gifted video production manager in LA. Growing up, both kids were exposed to the black culture - but it never took hold. I look at her as a great mother - who worked hard and 'produced' two amazing kids.

I think the fatigue we witness now is the result of lower and lower standards, we have been lowering the bar since the mid 60's.
This applys to all races.
Kids go to school and not only hear leftest preaching but look at teachers that don't seem to conform to any kind of dress codes not even mentioning what the students are allowed to wear and how they present themselves.
The students are never wrong, its always somebody else's fault.
This all just follows them as they age.

I'm very concerned as to where this will end up.
You can see it in the socialist movement that seems to gain strength daily.
We as a society are at the tipping point now.
