Just think: if Billie Jean King had married Orson Bean she’d’ve been Billie Jean Bean.

KenSSince we moved to Tulsa, we still order Kenya AA from Shaw's coffee in St. Louis. They roast the beans there. We generally buy 8lbs at a time because that is the most cost effective amount due to the shipping cost. Shawscoffee.com

LOL!!! Yes, something like that. Single origin fan, beans from one farm. Kenya is a major producer, I assume AA is a rating system within their own circle because I've seen "Kenya" without the AA. All these rules like Scotch naming conventions... I can't understand them all.
I know Starbucks draws a lot of haterade but I used to work at a company that had SB coffee and when I tried the Kenya AA, it was magical for me. It only lasted a couple of months, and I can't even find it in Starbuck anymore. The coffee growing world is in constant stress and always in flux due to demand and changing weather patterns that are making it harder and harder to farm.

Thanks!! <clicks link> $24 a pound!!! Holy sh*t!!! I remember when it was $14 a pound, no wonder it's so hard to find. It's approaching the coffee bean cost that is eaten by some animal and then pooped out... and then roasted. =)

If she were hyphenated she would have been Billie Jean King-Bean.
