The House of Delegates just might flip. Right now there are 47 Republican delegates, and six races too close to call. Fingers crossed for those recounts.

Here's some stats from just looking at the numbers:

More than 1,300,000 fewer people voted in this governor's election than did in the presidential election in 2016.
Northam got 71% of the number of votes as did Clinton in 2016.
Gillespie got 66% of the number of votes Trump got in 2016.
If there was a 15% better turnout in republican numbers, the republican would have tied or won.
The democrat won the inner cities and high density precincts. Someone can walk to their polling place.
The republican won the rural counties, where people have to drive miles to vote.

This was NOT a referendum on trump. This was a turnout issue.
