| Were those Mexican Nationals here legally? Tourists? Green Card employees? If so Mexico probably has a legitimate complaint, just as we would if a married couple from Iowa were caught in cartel cross fire in a resort town. If they were here illegally, then they shouldn't have even been there.

Custom & Border Patrol kept catching people illegally crossing carrying the same “how to” pamphlet. The memorable part is that it was published by the Mexican government.
