Were those Mexican Nationals here legally? Tourists? Green Card employees? If so Mexico probably has a legitimate complaint, just as we would if a married couple from Iowa were caught in cartel cross fire in a resort town.

If they were here illegally, then they shouldn't have even been there.

Exactly. I bet Border patrol will stop a thousand Mexican citizens today alone and that indicates they aren't that worried about danger here in the U.S.

I swear, Trump should be blasting Mexico over such ridiculous claims and march out all of the known death numbers at the hands of the government aided cartels...right about the time he cuts off any and all money. Tell the bastards we need it for the completion of the Mexican Safety Wall.

That was my first thought on hearing of this last night on OAN.

We aren't the audience for this announcement - the left and the dem primary candidates are. Just watch - they will use this in their smear campaign against President Trump.

Let's see. How many American citizens have been killed by Mexicans in the past 20 years? Now subtract the Mexican citizens killed last weekend.......okay the remainder should show what needs to be compensated.

Big Grin

It’s been more than a dozen years since I lived in SoCal but I remember a very interesting story that occurred while living there. Custom & Border Patrol kept catching people illegally crossing carrying the same “how to” pamphlet. The memorable part is that it was published by the Mexican government. The Bush administration made a big stink about it only after Conservative talk radio broke the story and had the base pissed off.
