Pic from last night's hike
Feeling very fortunate this morning.

First, feeling fortunate to only live 10 miles down the road from Eagle River Nature Center where we went last night. Did about a 6 mile hike on the Albert Loop Trail.

Second, feeling fortunate to be with my lady on date night and it was her idea to go on a hike.

Third, feeling fortunate to have the Bear Dog tag along on date night because there was literally a shit ton of bear shit on the trail.

Fourth, feeling fortunate that it feels like summer has finally arrived in Alaska.

Beautiful pic. Thanks, I've captured that one to try to do it in graphite for my hobby. I'm assuming Bear Dog is Bandit or no?

Absolutely beautiful! Are you going to get any of that heat this week that is predicted or are you close enough to the ocean to stay cool?
