Sooooooo, I got a P226 Legion SAO RX ... and now I love optics. Thinking about upgrading my P365 (primary carry) to something with a red dot. I know I can go P365 XL with a Romeo, what other recommendations do you have? What's your setup? I'm looking for well-concealable, pref OWB under an untucked t-shirt or similar. I'd like to see what other folks are doing.

Look in the "Sig Pistols" and "CCW Methods & Issues" sections. There are multiple threads discussing this.

No need to start yet another thread on this topic, in the wrong area.

P365XL yes, Romeo Zero no. Look at the Holosun 4/507K. Sturdier than the R0, more reticle options. Also direct mounts to the gun.

After trying a few, lots of reading we sent my wife’s P365 slide out to be machined for a 507K. This is a 2 MOA dot surrounded by a 32 MOA circle, which we found better for quick two eye target acquisition. The 407K is a 6 MOA dot. Did not like Sig’s Romeo for a lot of reasons. Will be posting back once we get slide back and both of us get time at the range.

As my eyes get older, I find red dots and lasers give me much tighter groups than open sights. I have Romeo 1’s on a P226, P229, P320 X5, a Romeo 1Pro on a P320 X-Compact, and a Vortex Venom on my BuckMark, and had one of my P365s milled for the Shield RMSc.

While I am a big fan of red dot sights, as of yet I do not have one on my EDC. I pocket carry my other P365 with Lima laser the majority of the time don’t think having an optic on the P365 would work for pocket carry, too much difficulty in getting it out.

For those times I carry OWB, I go with a P320 X-Carry and open sights. I need more range and practice time with the P320 and Romeo before I’ll carry with the Red dot as I am still a little slow on the dot acquisition from a draw. I expect down the road a bit (after retirement) my EDC will be the P320 X-Compact with the Romeo 1Pro.

What part of "...Shall not be infringed" don't you understand???

סליחה, אריה ... I checked Sig Pistols, which seemed to be specifically about, well, Sig Pistols. I checked CCW Methods, which seemed to be ... Well, about CCW Methods. My question didn't fit into either of those descriptions, so I made the best call I could about where this should go
My apologies if you disagree. I also searched for similar topics and didn't find them. Guess I missed them.

Did you have any actual suggestions or recommendations, or just want to complain about my post? Big Grin

I have the Romeo on my XL but a Trijicon on my HK, I admit to liking the Trijicon better.
