Just because something is legal to do doesn't mean it is the smart thing to do. |
Seniors use to be able to get a lifetime pass. Not sure if they still can. I got mine about 4 yrs ago. Integrity is doing the right thing, even when nobody is looking.

Interesting that the DD Form 2 (Retired) isn't listed. _________________________________________________________________________ “A man’s treatment of a dog is no indication of the man’s nature, but his treatment of a cat is. It is the crucial test. None but the humane treat a cat well.” -- Mark Twain, 1902

Yes, can still get them, $80 Lifetime Senior Pass. The wife and I got ours for 10 bucks each just before a price increase a few years ago. If you do buy any form of the pass... don't lose it! They will not replace it, you have to buy it again. Collecting dust.

If you carry a smartphone, maybe take a photo of the 8.5" x 11" document? A few years ago, it was ten bucks for seniors. I went to get a pass, the park ranger observed me hobbling up to his booth, saw the wheelchair symbol on my license plate, asked to see my MediCare card, and issued a free lifetime pass. הרחפת שלי מלאה בצלופחים
