Too old to run,

We used to have an attorney here on the forum who lived in Prince William county, VA.

I don't remember his screen name.

My grandson involved in a pissing contest with county government and needs some legal advice.

Can anyone help me remember his name?

Appreciate any help, advice.

The issue at hand has to do with DUI more than 4 years ago, but the county "court" has totally screwed up the records which now indicate that the incident happened last month.

The case has been "bumped" to next year some 4 times now. And all without notifying my grandson.

Need the name of a good attorney to get this mess cleaned up!

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!

Not sure if they are in Prince William County, but per one of my prior posts back in 2016, this is who we used to handle our daughters 82mph ticket in a 70 zone.

As you probably know anything above 80 is a "criminal offense" so we hired them to handle our then college aged daughters ticket.

Appreciate the info. Long, sad, infuriating story, caused by a major MCF in the county court system here.

Thanx for the response. Have a great day!

A little background, just for a couple chuckles! Grandson was slipped a "mickey" some 4 1/2 years ago. Ended up getting a ticket for DUI. Interesting in that he was not driving, but that is another tale.

Sheriff deputy this morning arrive at the house and served a court notice for DUI, the 19th of last December (a short month ago). Something that happened 4 years ago, which was settled with the court back then. He went thru all the associated actions, counseling, etc et etc.

Been a mad house around here today, trying to get this MCF cleared up.

I’ll have another name for you in the morning. Gotta get back to the office and look it up.

Put the city in the title.

Given what you said in your last post, I think a the VA District Attorney needs to be getting a phone call from you and it needs to be looked into from someone above and outside of your county.

Rod Leffler in Fairfax helped several of my friends with somewhat major issues. Results were very positive. I have only met him, not used his services, but I feel comfortable recommending based on the experiences of other folks I know very well.

His bio gives some good info. If it matters to you, he was once a FFX Co. Police officer.
