This is yet one more of countless examples of lots of assumption and speculation based on little to no critical information. Soft body armor won’t stop any common rifle cartridge bullet, and even level IV plate armor won’t stop all rifle bullets. I could guess about what type of rifle he used and managed to hit five agents before they reacted to the gunfire, but that would be nothing more than assumption and speculation as well.
