You may have to navigate around a bit, but it's available to listen at this site, and anywhere else you might prefer to get your podcasts. It's a longer story, and a little more complicated of course. But the gist is, Wall Street post 2008, and big investment firms like Blackrock and Vanguard have mandated the ESG nonsense and are making their investments based on those scores in a way which FORCES companies to do some spectacularly crazy shit. Friends, I promise you, this is worth the listen. I knew there was a gravitational energy at work. I honestly thought it had to be the tech. But this, FINALLY, makes complete sense. Doesn't make it any better. But I feel better being less rudderless in my understanding of it all. ![]() | ||

That's the interesting thing about the discussion. It didn't seem quite as coordinated as that. It was more like, after the bailouts, special interests were (rightly) mad at Wall Street, and they got their pound of flesh through the reformation. my simplistic interpretation/words. A portion of the podcast is about Vivek, a successful CEO who quit his job so that he could speak freely without damaging his company and stockholders. He's an interesting guy, with all of the right ideas in my judgement. But again, it was when he explained the significant foundational cross-wiring that has occurred within the financial sector, that made everything so clear for me. Ramaswamy did an hour-long interview on Tucker Carlson Today which is on Fox Nation about a year or two ago. He's not what you would expect from someone with degrees from both Harvard and Yale law. If you have access to Fox Nation, it's definitely worth watching. | |||

Thanks R0gue. It's amazing how you've never heard of someone and then you run across them several times. I had never heard of Vivek Ramaswamy before last Tuesday when I saw a short talk on woke capitalism he gave at Hillsdale College (link: https://youtu.be/a5gwJ382dIw). I was blown away by him. That night, I was scrolling YouTube and come across an interview he gave to Jordan Peterson (link: https://youtu.be/JX9B5tnj-xI). Then Wednesday, I see an oped by him in the Wall Street Journal, "The President Can Pardon Trump". (no link because it's behind a paywall). And today you post this. Don't overlook the fact the the left has wormed its way into critical institutions and industries for over a century, patiently waiting for the right time. I think they expected Hillary 2016 to be that time, when it didn't happen the left lost all that patience. They opened the floodgates and yeah, it has seemed come down on us all at once. The rate of moral decay has always been on an exponential rate. A man=man and a woman=woman has been in effect for all of mankind until just recently. When "always what they wanted is JUST homosexual marriage" was the goal even though homosexuality has existed though out the history of mankind ~ it was always viewed as abnormal. Compassion however, has always existed with conservatives and relented under pressure and the fact that conservatives view freedom of adults to do as they wish - right/wron moral/immoral. THEN and an exponential rate the relentless left always utilizing "get an inch, take a mile" promoted the man ≠ man and woman ≠ woman. Hence the trans mess of today. Just connect the dots. I first heard of him a couple weeks ago when he announced his run and appeared on the Michael Knowles show shortly thereafter. I liked what he had to say, a lot. Then he appeared on Mike Rowe's podcast, which I listen to, and I liked him even more. I haven't listened to the Tucker or Tim Poole ones yet, but I will. Poole is on my regular rotation. That being said, realistically I don't think he has a chance.... my thought is he is running for a VP slot. | |||

We can’t simply blame this on Obama, or infiltrators. It’s us. We have become a nation of hypocrites. And that fact has been exploited by those who want to destroy us. Until we figure out that it isn’t possible to have things both ways, to say stuff like “I support the Second Amendment, but…. “(Or insert any other topic), we are done. We have convinced ourselves that we can compromise our way out of this. My favorite is “I will never trust the media ever!!!!!!” (Also that same day) “ermaghad, did you read this article? I am outraged!!!” It doesn’t matter the media source, it’s being spun and sensationalized. You know, the whole reason you said that you weren’t going to trust the media to begin with? | |||
