help identifying two pistols, please?
My son just forwarded this picture to me from work... one of his fellow F/F's was cleaning out his grandfathers house and came across them. I'm betting that the hive will have the answer faster than I can figure out the best way to frame a google search.
Only have the one pic so far; this being NJ and all, he didn't dare take these to work with him.
Just have the one photo so far.
All help appreciated!

Assuming Black Talon is correct, Three minutes is a pretty good time for the forum. I am not sure if I have seen quicker or not

It seems to me that any law that is not enforced and can't be enforced weakens all other laws.

Well it's hard to tell with the first one, maybe a vz.22 or vz.24

Edit. Just realized I could make the picture bigger and looks like a CZ27 due to the different slide serrations.

The bottom one looks like a 1912 Steyr-Hahn. Bing Images The grips are missing.

It's better than that... my original post was at 8:44, but the pic didn't link. Someone replied to that effect, and subsequently deleted their post.
I didn't get the image to show until 8:46 according to the clock on my cable box.

The Steyr is a neat old gun. Here’s a pretty cool vid of it functioning.

I concur with the CZ27 and Steyr 1912 identifications - thanks go to BlackTalonJHP for the 1 minute response!

Some additional details I've received - apparently Grandpa was a pilot in WWII and they're both war trophies from that era. The new owners plan is to clean them up and incorporate them into a shadow box along with other mementos of his grandfathers service.
Apparently both are missing some parts, so the search commences!

I like the shadow box idea.

Is the Steyr's slide locked back on purpose, or is it stuck? Also, some of the Bing Images show it being loaded through the top by a stripper clip. I didn't know that.
