I read that Bay Area counties are proposing a regulation that all workers (don't know the criteria) must work at home 3 days a week, to reduce carbon emissions (and save the human race). Maybe doesn't apply to airline pilots and surgeons.

Or the entire infrastructure to support those professions: mechanics, nurses, med-tech, building engineer, sanitation expert, fuel experts, luggage handlers, gate handlers, receptionists, admins, etc... you know, like a functioning business?

Not part of gas vs electric vehicles, but related to CA's counter productive environmental policies, I understand the CA wildfires this year are the worst on record, and the total square miles burned by fires in CA are the same as the square miles of the state of Connecticut.
