pace40Would you eat this pizza?
Nope...but if that was Italian sausage, I'd be all over it.

tatortoddI'd pass. They had a really delicious pizza started until the pepperoni which is my last choice as a single meat topping. In moderation, it blends OK with superior meats.
They definitely lost me at pepperoni grease mixed with buttermilk ranch.

architectWhat? No Italian sausage? Put me down as a "yes!"
In truth, I'd probably have a little bit of a problem with the sauce they use, I like a wetter pie, with a good marinara sauce.
IMO the sauce is where most parlors come up short. Most of them appear to use the same Sysco swill rather than develop a decent recipe in house. I can hear those Italian grandmothers rolling in their graves all the way over here.

Calif PhilI would pass, maybe try a bite. Don't like greasy pan pizzas. Prefer thin and crispy.

HRKNothing like Deep Dish Chicago Pizza, but I too prefer thin crusts now over the deep pans... and while pepperoni is good, Italian Sausage is my go to......

Ditto.
But if it had a normal amount of pepperoni and no "grease ranch", I'd eat the hell out of it. Even better if it had multiple toppings like a supreme, to help offset the extra thick crust.
The multiple different mozzarellas sounds especially good.

TexasScrubI'd have to clear my schedule for a few days, but sure, lemme have a slice.

RawnyThat's just excessive. I'd be happy with 1/3 the pepperoni, add mushroom and onion. Drizzling the sauce on top is pointless. It's the crust that needs it. Put in on the side for dipping.

downtownvIn the past 10 years, I noticed NY and NJ Pizza places, getting over the top with these crazy pizzas. I would guess somebody might buy a slice or a pie to try it, but I wouldn't waste my money.
