Would you eat this pizza?

People joke about getting a heart attack from various foods, but this one definitely feels like it'd be painful.

No. My cardiologist would shoot me, and rightfully so. I love pizza (it's a basic food group) but I don't eat pepperoni anymore; as it has little to no food value associated with it (high in saturated fat, sodium, nitrites, etc.). I'm sure all one would taste of that pizza is pepperoni; there is no balance between crust, sauce and toppings.

Some people with specific health issues like kidney disease probably should avoid excess, but I don't buy into the demonizing.

No argument from me. I really dislike Ranch.
I just have an issue with the pepperoni grease being mixed with it. There’s not enough oil already??
