Equality of women
Women will never be equal to men until they can walk down the street partially bald with a beer gut wearing a stained t-shirt and worn out jeans and still think they are sexy.

Yeah, see bunches of them at my workout place!

In German the response is: "Es geht einer die appetite!.

Translation: It causes the "appetite" to be lost.

If your yoga pants take more fabric than your shower curtain but you still think you're sexy then you have truly achieved Rightwire's definition of equality...

Oh, hell, EH: At the gym it's one thing. That stuff is more-or-less a functional necessity at the gym. But going out and about in normal, day-to-day living?

I'm sorry, ladies, but if you're carrying excess weight you do not look any better in flab-hugging attire than does that guy with his belly challenging the structural integrity of a stained t-shirt.

There was a guy with whom I regularly spoke at my old club. He always wore "form"-hugging sleeveless tops. I don't know how we got on the subject, one day, but I allowed as how I had some of those, but was forgoing them until I dumped the gut. He said he wore them, knowing they looked bad, as a motivator.

Only problem was: As a motivator they did not appear to be working very well. In all the years I saw him there he never seemed to make any actual visible progress.

I don't think I'm vain. I don't look good enough, in any respect, to be vain. But I was brought up to take pride in my appearance. I guess just another aspect of my dinosaurism.

Yoga pants should come in one size only.

Strolling through airport terminals you get many fine examples of who should, and who really shouldn't be wearing yoga pants.

Self Confidence is almost everything, almost.

I've known some large, proud, confident black women, and to them, they were Beyonce. I'm not attracted to them, not the big ones at least, but I admire their comfort in their own skin and their nearly unshakable confidence and sass. It's something to behold.
