Most lift companies recommend 3/4” anchors. You don’t want to use 1” anchors in 1” holes anyways. Your hammer drill bit is going to bind in the 1” holes in the lift. I’ve installed thousands of drop-in, wedge, acorn and other type anchors in my career. Like it says in this link, the concrete will fail before those 3/4” anchors will fail:
