Garret BlaineNose trimmer
Any recommendations for one that actually works? Every one I have used just pushes the hair around and doesn’t actually trim much of anything.

This one all the way
I go through one a year, works great for nose hair and the trimmer attachment is perfect for trimming my beard and eyebrows.

SigfestI’ve had good luck with the Panasonic. It got the best reviews from Hammacher Schlemmler.

frayedendsI've found all the newer ones, wahl included, have a nose tip that is too large. I used to have a Panasonic that was great. There are some on Amazon. They are like $40 but probably worth it.
These go to eleven.

FredwardI just bought a Wahl beard trimmer and the Groomsman was in the package. I like them both, although I doubt ANY trimmer head is too large for my potato nose.

chellim1In my experience, a simple pair of tweezers works.
"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

Gene HillmanIf the Wahl doesn't work for you you aren't using it correctly. They should be rinsed after use and probably last 1 to 2 years before dulling. Turning it slightly clockwise and counter-clockwise sometimes helps.

texassierraI bought one of these from Duluth Trading probably ten years ago. Works very well, easy to clean, no charging or batteries and doesn't rust. Called a Groom Mate and it's available at other online sites.

Grip a bundle of them with a hemostat, then spin that rascal till it all comes loose. Groomer uses that technique on our dogs ear hair.

What kind of Barbarians are you people?
It's called "waxing".
Grab the roll of Gorilla Tape (duct tape / 100mph tape works well, but the Gorilla stuff is way sticky-er), roll it back on itself, stick it up ye olde snot locker, smash your nose around with your fingers, to get all the hair stuck to the tape, and GIVE IT A GOOD YANK! Works well for your "bikini area" too.
But if you have some sort of allergic reaction to the glue in the tape, that WAHL trimmer that Balze posted works great!

BennerP220I have had this for several years now. I'm still on the original lithium battery it came with. By far the best I have used for nose and ear hair. I'm pretty sure I got this from Walmart.
If something happened to them I wouldn't hesitate to the exact same thing again.

ArtieSI've done the cigarette lighter thing by accident. Lit my 'stache on fire once, too. NOT recommended...
