Oddly enough, that’s about the time my brother fell and broke his R humerus into 3 pieces. He’s got an Erector set in his arm now. Hope you AND my brother heal up fast.

Best wishes for your speedy recovery!

My doctor recommended calcium citrate as the most readily absorbed calcium supplement to increase bone density. I buy it at a GNC store, but the GNC brand is available on Amazon.

I'm so sorry to hear this. I pray you heal quickly.

Seems like, as we get older, we have a tendency to fall. I've had some dillies in the past couple of yers, two in the past month, but, so far, and thank God, nothing broken but my pride.

Sorry to hear that. On the plus side, a good physical therapist can get you in better shape than you were in before the injury. I experienced that after a difficult surgery. All the best to you!

Definitely. I have to watch every step. When I'm outside of the house, I use a cane as a balance aid.

My wife gave me an Apple Watch for an anniversary gift. Starting with the Model 4, the Apple Watch has the "Help, I have fallen and I can't get up" feature that will detect a fall and automatically call 911 and any additional numbers that you have designated as emergency contacts.
