O'Keefe and two other former PV staff are still being sued over the Ashley Biden diary fed.gov harrassments, and PV refused to continue covering their legal expenses. Now PV can't cover those expenses. With this announcement, O'Keefe wants an independent audit of the PV books to find out what happened to the several million dollar legal fund he amassed.
