Just returned my eero mesh system and got my refund of $217.XX...cuz I was able to score a year old eero pro mesh system for $90 from a neighbor off the Nextdoor app.

But yes, it works great.

If your Router is over three or more Years old try updating to a newer one. I did and don’t need a booster and my Router is over twenty five feet from my computer.

Wanted to post a quick follow up. Aestocles sold me his ASUS RT 68u, which is the same model I currently have. It arrived today and I’ve got it set up and running. I went from 40 mbps in one of my sons rooms to 180 mbps. I put the router in the hallway outside their rooms. The AiMesh was very easy to set up.
