We're still wondering what, exactly, you don't like about the Vedder holster.

A. Inexpensive Leather in one side of the holster , kydex on the other side.

B. No adjustable retention.
C. When I called back,
They upsold me to a much better option,
Which was a good thing.

But added for more money we can add much better belt loops.

Why not just offer the better loops ?
What's the best reason to offer a product with inferior rigging ?

D. After I received the holster( in very good time)
She told me that there was a much better alternative.

Why not tell me that prior to $14.00 worth of postage.

E. The term "Free Returns"
Borders on deception
$14.00 for postage is no where near "free".

This was my 1st time ordering a holster in the www over the phone.
Over a third of my less than desirable experience was my inexperience.

Concealment of this firearm was not any part of a concern.

I will be carrying on a Beltman belt.

If I were to offer it for sale here.
I would not feel comfortable asking more than $27.00 plus s&h.
Instead of $70.00

Ok, so the questions/points are:

A. You didn't know you were buying a leather/Kydex hybrid?

B. Is the existing retention unacceptable?

My PJ Holster holsters have adjustable retention. I've never had the need to adjust them. My new R. Grizzle rig does not have adjustable retention. Nor does my Andrews Monarch shoulder rig.

C. Are the belt loops on the holster you bought unacceptable to you, or are you merely upset there is a better option about which you had not made yourself aware?

D. ISTM it was on you to do your homework and ask the appropriate questions regarding product options.

E. I guess you are new at this. "Free returns" generally means no restocking fee. Few places pay return shipping unless the product is literally defective, and sometimes not even then. Plus, if you're seeking a refund, many refund the purchase price less original shipping and handling fees.

Usually a seller's policies regarding these things are covered somewhere on their site.
