The authorities in one state have no legal authority to arrest for a crime committed in another state unless the proper charges have been filed and issued. If they indeed issued warrants for him, it's yet another case of leftist policies and leftist politicians/DAs going after people defending themselves instead of the rioters and attackers. There was certainly no real investigation done either. A good lawyer should have no problem articulating a case of self defense.

It won't stick. My guess is that it's a starting point so that he'll plead to a lesser charge and save the state the cost of a trial, and save the state from the possibility he would be acquitted.

I wouldn't be surprised if he is brought up on murder charges, the government uses this to compel others who might attempt to "vigilante" police the situation standing against the protestors into staying home.
"You act in this method and we will prosecute you" and there will be bail, an you will be in jail, you won't get out. Unlike those they support in political protests (riots to normal people)

Very glad for all of these amateur reports....yes some were annoying to listen to but their videos show the true story.

Take a second look at the "paramedic" pic and note what looks like a can of cooking spray in his backpack. Out of curiosity I took a can of Pam out on the patio to see if it could catch fire with a lighter and sure enough that is a serious little flame thrower. He's not a protester, he's an arsonist with a gun.

We, Americans, need to accept we are in the opening phases of a civil war and that sticking to the old rules only ensures this thing progresses until it gets out of control. Local government needs to tell the citizens to pick up rifles and defend their homes and tell them they will not be charged if they have to take a life and there is reasonable evidence they did so in self defense or property defense. If the local governments won't make those statements then the police need to.
We should be unified with the police in defense against this threat. The current state of the rules pits us against the police when we have to defend ourselves from the mob and puts the police in the position of defending the mob from us even when the mob is the aggressor. That has to change.

The fact that green shirt has been charged with anything given the footage will act to suppress further involvement by those who hope to defend private property and personal safety. This will only lead to more destruction and a Leftward advance. These politicians and their bureaucratic henchmen are traitors to the constitution and their oath. I'm certain the charges won't stick. The politicians/henchmen know it won't stick. The point is to discourage and suppress.
All three "Meat Targets" can bee seen in this video. The two who are now at room temperature are seen acting aggressively towards to armed security forces. Head shot guy is asking to be shot and is being backed by chest shot skateboard guy. The one armed medic is seen passing in and out of the scene.

After watching all the videos multiple times this is also exactly what I saw.
After he shoots the first guy, who appears to be the same super agressive guy from the other videos, he appears to circle around to render aid and/or call the police, but looks like he realizes it's about to be round 2 and runs, straight towards the police, while being chased by the mob which causes event 2.
Event 2 is a guy hitting him in the back of the head, then him falling, while a bunch of people are screaming "get him" and "beat him up". He is immediately jump kicked by someone who he shoots twice at and misses both times. You can see that guys face clearly on one of the camera angles as he walks away seemingly somewhat bewildered. He is then attacked by, and shoots skateboard guy(it seemed to me skateboard guy was holding on to his rifle trying to take it from him?), then rushed by pistol guy and shoots him in the arm. Then he immediately gets up and runs to police with hands up, who seem to ignore him and tell him to get out of the street while he's trying to get them to help.

The Kenosha police are holding a press briefing that's just starting. They say it will be investigated and then be turned over to the DA.

The charges will be pushed by their leftist D.A. and he will do so to appease the mob. After all his job is at stake. He will file the charges and scream about social inequity. The kid will be prosecuted to the fullest extent. The kid may be acquitted but in the end the left will use their failure to prosecute as a tool to further divide to population just like they did with Michael Brown and Trayvon Martin.
