Catch the spirit of it, gentlemen. We're on a downhill slide, picking up speed. I say to you, in all seriousness, check your gear and talk with your family about having a plan.

Man, I really hate when the narrative gets all fucked up.

I don’t know how the size of the picture is...

That could be karambit or a roofers knife. Damage inflicted would be similar.

For the first time my wife WANTED to go to the range....30 rounds of suppressed 300blk and her response was "That was fun"

We don't have many friends in our AO but the ones we have are talking ...."what if?"

"I fear of imminent grave bodily harm or death to myself or others".
That is the standard for using lethal force to stop a threat in every state I know of.

Until that is honored by government officials this BS will continue.
When it is honored, the BS will immediately stop.

Law Enforcement should be untied, and allowed to protect themselves to this standard.

It doesn't matter now. This is just like all the rest of these incidents. Michael Brown committed a strongarm robbery at a convenience store and then got shot dead when he assaulted a police officer. There's even videotape of the robbery he committed. Doesn't matter. George Floyd had a lethal cocktail of drugs in his system and was saying he couldn't breathe before he even got out of his car. Doesn't matter. As the saying goes, a lie will get halfway around the world while the truth is still putting on its shoes.

And even if these people would admit these truths or have evidence placed before them, of such strength and volume, no one could refute it, it still doesn't matter. The only thing to be done is for these people to be defeated; to have their efforts frustrated, their plans in ruins. The people who want to help us- the police- they're prevented from doing their jobs by disgusting leftist officials in these cities and states. The President, well, you know, I think the Constitution constrains his ability to send in troops except under certain extreme circumstances. This is part of the checks and balances involving state versus Federal law enforcement.

The people themselves are going to have to deal with this. I don't say this lightly.

I've noticed that ANTIFA is getting less credit for the violence and looting...it seems the last few days it's basically "BLM" destroying our country (or trying to).. now...

If you don't have your load out / repel boarders kit easily accessible you're setting yourself up for failure.

Not to be overly melodramatic but imagine if you had 30 minutes or less to make your home or neighborhood ready

Is your kit in one place?

Do you have enough kit ( body armor, sighted in rifles, BOK)for all the shooters in your house?

Do you have a plan?

What friends can you call?

According to a buddy of mine from my previous job who lives in Paddock Lake, WI (about half an hour west of Kenosha) and around 20 minutes from where I live) there are rumors that caravans of the rioters heading to his area tonight. Apparently because rich people live in that area? I’m not familiar with the area myself.
In response, a Wisconsin militia is gathering up and also heading to the area. Businesses are preparing for the bullshit tonight as well. I can’t confirm any of this myself...just going off what my friend told me just a bit ago.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
I used to live in Wisconsin and grew up in Chicago. I hope this is bogus. After the riots in Chicago after MLK was killed there were rumors that carloads of rioters were headed for the suburbs. Untrue never happened. As CPD Sig noted many of the businesses on the Mag mile are relocating to Oakbrook and the nicer burbs. I think that the folks in the burbs will push back if there is looting in their area. I just hope it never happens.

The timings of this is amazing isn't it?

Protesters are trying to burn the Court using fireworks. Police deployed gas, protesters are using leaf blowers to disperse it. Police are getting pelted with rocks as well.

People with long guns are taking defensive positions behind barriers. Police are trying to deploy to counter th threats and tracking until they can.

Several of the vehicles coming into the area have blacked out plates.

I live near Louisville, Kentucky, and worked as a Certified Property Manager in and around that city from 1973 thru 2016. Two of my buildings included the Galleria and the LG&E Tower.

Together with other business partners, plus the Downtown Development District, outstanding citizens like Wendell Cherry and David Jones of Humana, among many, many others, turned downtown around. It was a sight to behold until earlier this year when the protests started and in the space of 3 1/2 months, our beautiful
Downtown is a wreck. The Democrat mayor has been asked to resign, but who can predict the future. A sickening sight to behold now.

The City needs great, positive leadership for the 600,000 plus residents now. Without it, Downtown Louisville will have a difficult time rebuilding again a vital downtown business district.
I’m not sure I can ever go back, but, in time, perhaps...

He is unarmed. He doesn't have a gun. To CNN and the rest of our enemies, him having anything short of a gun is 'unarmed'. Once again, we are being lied to constantly.

What? Like the stack of bricks that showed up in Minneapolis when this all started?
