I googled it, seems Brown's parents got a $1.5M tax free wrongful death settlement from the City of Ferguson about 4 years ago. If they are out of money, they spent close to $400K per year?
I think it is a common pattern for people who get a windfall of $$ to be quite irresponsible.
And a little disconcerting, seems the evidence shows the death was not wrongful.

Hope the trial is fair, without political bias. Bucking the popular trend from the beginning, I have always thought these officers were just doing their job.
Maybe now we will all learn what excited delirium is and how the officers were trained to handle it. Maybe now we will learn why there was hesitancy to bring charges immediately. Maybe now we will learn the actual cause of death. Maybe now we will gain enough information to judge guilt or innocence based on fact rather then popular consensus.

Well, the rioters will have to wait a while longer. The Judge has called for a postponement while an issue with the charges as they stand are reviewed. He says that it could be a month or more.
