mrapteam666I am so glad that I passed up the chance to go and interview with Philly PD.
At one time it would have been a great opportunity but the last couple of years there is no way I could have worked there and not got in trouble.
Every article I read just re-affirms I made the right choice.

PASigIMO, the burning, rioting and looting in Philly could NOT have come at a worse time for Democrats.
Our shithead Dictator-Governor Wolf deployed the National Guard there almost immediately because he knows the optics of this is bad, bad news for them right now.
I was just arguing with a friend why I thought that Trump would win handily next week; that the Dems REALLY f*cked up with all this "defund the police" BS and it's now coming out that the dumbass Democrat Mayor of Philly had CUT the Philly PD budget already and that's one of the reasons NO Philly cops have Tasers.
He tried to tell me that the "defund the police" stuff is now old news to which I replied: "NOPE! The fact that I walk into any gun store in PA right now and see only bare shelves and empty gun cases tells me EVERYTHING I need to know. Biden doesn't give a shit about protecting the American people, all he wants to to is line his own damn pockets with Chinese money!"

sdy https://www.breitbart.com/poli...g-looters-shootings/On Tuesday night at 9:38 p.m., CBS Philly’s Joe Holden tweeted, “Philadelphia Police commanders say the situation has ‘rapidly gone downhill’ along Aramingo Ave. — a ‘total loss,’ they say, from looting.”
11 people shot while looting in Philadelphia so far since last night. “
Looters were shooting looters .”

and
At around 6:30am this morning, Philadelphia police arrested a looter who apparently fell asleep in Walmart. He was the last looter to be arrested. Last night police estimated that at least 2000 rioters took part in looting Walmart.

Does this infer that he filed a report with police?
It would not surprise me in the least.

“I as everyone is really sad by the death of the victim and I think I share in mourning with the family. Any time that happens is a tragedy for whatever reason,...”
I feel the need to point out to the good Govenor and some others who and what a "VICTIM" is.
In this incident, on that video the "VICTIM" is the person(s) in fear of receiving a "battery" "aggravated battery". On that video, there was at least TWO incidents of "aggravated assault" where the "OFFENDER" threatened people with a knife, thereby placing those people in fear of receiving an "aggravated battery" with a deadly weapon. Injuries from an incident like this could produce "great bodily harm" and even "death".
People are allowed, under this cool thing called the Constitution, TO DEFEND THEMSELVES! Which one person did. That person, according to the video was also observed attempting to create distance from the offender with a knife, as well as some shielding by attempting to place large, solid objects (cars) between him and the offender with a knife. The offender, clearly seen in the video, kept advancing towards the victims in a threatening manner. The victims, who by occupation have no duty to retreat, took action to stop the advancing threat.
The problem today is the victims profession. They are Police Officers.

I watched it several times. The police did an exceptional job to wait until they could get positioned so there was nobody behind him when they fired.
They probably could have shot him much earlier but he was around a bunch of other folks that were likely to catch a few stray bullets.
As soon as he went down the people who were calling for them to do something, turned on the cops (not unexpected).
The politicians that must have reviewed the video by now, are the real scum. They have provided no support and you can see them setting up the cops to be thrown to the wolves.

Appliance BradGreg Ellifritz wrote this today:
"Election-related violence is increasing. So are the reported rates of Covid-19 positive tests. If I were to look into my crystal ball and prepare a forecast for the next few weeks, it would look like this:
Street violence is going to increase as we get closer to the election. I predict the results of the election will be contested by one or both sides. Violent protests will skyrocket. I think there will be mass looting and a lot of people hurt and killed.
The police will be unwilling/unable to stop this violence. The cops will be the target for many of the protestors. They will have their hands full just trying to stay alive. They won't be coming to help you. Fire/EMS won't respond to dangerous locations without a police escort, so they may not be coming either.
Governments will institute another pandemic lockdown much more strict than what we've seen in past months. Ostensibly the lockdown will be ordered to control the virus, but in actuality, I think they will artificially inflate the virus numbers just to scare folks and keep people off the streets.
The general populace is more amenable to curfews and lockdowns in the interest of public health than the same measures being used to quash election-related violent protests. More curfews and lockdowns are coming, but they will have nothing to do with the virus.
Please use the next few days to plan for an extended lockdown. I think all restaurants, stores, and gas stations could be forcibly shut down for a period of time following the election. Stockpile food and fuel for your family. Make sure you have at least a month's worth of any prescription/OTC meds. Have the ability to better fortify your residence. Make sure you have plenty of fire extinguishers and some means to defend yourself.
Think about what items you would need in order to survive two weeks without ANY shopping and many hours or days without police/fire protection. Acquire that stuff NOW.
If nothing happens, you'll be prepared for the next winter storm. No harm done. If things get unimaginably bad in the next few weeks, you'll be very thankful you prepared.
Or you can just ignore my recommendations and call me a paranoid lunatic. I'm good either way. I wish you all the best."

Outlaw, the police commissioner, acknowledged Wednesday that the city had been caught off guard by the scale of the rioting and by the location. Much of Tuesday night’s looting took place at big-box stores in the city’s Port Richmond section, an area that she said had not been on the department’s radar as a potential target. She said as many as 1,000 people were involved, having converged on the site after likely receiving word via a group text.
“We had zero information to warn us of this,” Outlaw said.
maybe it had something to do w your orders not to arrest anyone After two nights of rioting and looting, Mayor Jim Kenney has announced a curfew will be in effect tonight in Philadelphia
“The looting that has taken place is distressing to say the least, and it is unacceptable,” Kenney said in an afternoon news conference. The mayhem, he added, “does a great disservice to the many others who want to exercise their First Amendment rights by protesting.”

"a great disservice" to protesters. That's what he thinks is important ?

mbinkyOooh, a curfew. Yea that always works. Especially when the cops arrest people for breaking it and the DA just lets them go...getting arrested in a democrat city for rioting is really just like getting a 2 minute penalty in hockey. You get a breather then are back out on the ice.

The training still has the 21 foot rule on knife armed assailants in place. It is a policy he firmly believe, having had unfortunate encounters... under 21, you get cut.
