A turbulent day of riots and violence in Portland turned deadly Saturday night, as a man was shot and killed after an explosion of gunfire.
Shortly after 9 PM PST, Twitter accounts reporting on the unrest became filled with reports of a man being shot in the chest. Shortly after that Andy Ngo, editor at-large for The Post Millennial, posted video of a man laying in the street, surrounded by law enforcement.

So, Trump offered help (more than once) and got turned down by the Mayor of Portland. So, doesn’t that make a strong case for the Mayor and/or Governor being culpable and civilly liable for wrongful death for anyone who dies after turning down help that might have prevented loss of life?

During that livestream they posted the video of the shooting, and the possible shooter holding a handgun moments before the shooting took place. Shooter appears to be a white male, not black as orginally reported.

Here is a link to the video of the shooter and shooting event- suspect visible at 16:30 in the clip, wearing white shirt and some kind of vest/backpack, walks up to victim and fires 2 shots then flees on foot. Pay attention to the red car, he walks behind it and fires at the victim. Cold blooded fucking murder.
Another alleged video of the suspect attempting to shoot a Trump suppporter earlier, you can see him draw his handgun out, but didnt take the shot. Im not so sure this is the same guy, he appears taller than the shooter and the pants seem different, but its hard to tell.
Andy Ngo has still photos from both events of the alleged shooter up on his twitter, very similar appearance. https://mobile.twitter.com/MrAndyNgo

That Facebook link doesn't work (only gets me to a login page).

Check out andy ngo’s twitter page, hes putting links to videos on there.
Here is the enhanced video. Some are saying the victim may have used pepper spray right before the shooting. From what I can hear and see, thats plausable, but the hiss sound from the spray occurs less that a second before the gunshot. To me that would mean the suspect already had the gun out. This message has been edited. Last edited by: medic451,

Another good source of riot news on twitter is Ian Miles Chong. You'll see a lot of cross posts between Andy Ngo and him.
You'll remember a day or so ago Ted Wheeler sent a letter to Trump refusing federal aid. He also sent a tweet praising the BLM thugs (this was before the letter and not in relation to last night's incident). Stephen Miller, who is not a fan of Trump but also no where near a never Trumper, responded with something that I feel sums up Wheeler's relationship with BLM perfectly.
