Windows 10 Gurus - How do I permanently hide the task bar?
I have it set to auto hide, but if I mouse down to far while navigating web sites, it pops up.

I find that annoying. Is there a way to hide it permanently?

Yes, but that just hides it until you mouse down to the bottom of the screen.

I want it GONE unless I invoke a hot key to get it back.

There is an open source program called the buttery task bar.

It only will open the task bar when the menu is open or you hit the windows key.

If you google buttery taskbar it should come up.
