9/11. Haven’t seen anything yet mentioned while out and about. Sad.

I haven’t ‘moved on’ since the day we were attacked. I wanted total destruction of those countries involved, population & death tolls don’t bother me. A lesson had to be learned for all bad actors.

What we should "never forget" is that we are always at war, even when we don't know it.

There was a moment of quiet remembrance at the Las Vegas airport this morning. Everything ceased and a bell rang a number of times.

We should have dropped a nuke on Mecca. And carpet bombed anyone who even raised a hand against us in our pursuit of the culprits. Saudi Arabia would still be a glass parking lot were it up to me.
As you can see I’m still very mad about it. And I won’t forget.

Most will remember that last year, on the 20th anniversary of September 11, 2001, para created a remembrance thread that I think is among the best ever to grace the pages of SigForum. So many members sharing very poignant memories of the day burned into our hearts and minds.

My wife was deployed to the Pentagon crime scene by her department, for two weeks of 10 hour shifts. She and her partner, along with about 40 other K-9 teams, were doing cadaver detection/recovery on the rubble piles. She is in this picture, along with someone else you might recognize.
The teams were able to assist the FBI in closing the crime scene in 30 days, much shorter than their original estimate of 3 months.
