How did it work out? My gastro doc wants me to start taking a biologic, have already tried several non-biologics but nothing seems to be effective anymore. Humira & Rinvoq are covered by my insurance.

Humira worked for me for 2 1/2 years, until it quit working. Those years were great, and put my UC/Chrons into remission. Unfortunately for me it quit overnight and my titers went to 0. I would recommend it, the injections are simple and almost painless. The cost was covered with a $5 co-pay card.

I'm not gonna lie, the slight bit of arthritis I suffered in my ankles went away too.

I'm now on Stelara, having also tried Rinvoq and Entyvio.

Skyrizi is lower risk than either Humira or Rinvoq. Closer to Stelara.
