Too much focus on FBS IMO. Where's the love for the smaller schools with (still) student/athletes as opposed to semi-pro ball players?

We're down to eight in the playoffs:

1 South Dakota State
8 Holy Cross

3 North Dakota State
6 Samford

7 Incarnate Word
2 Sacramento State

4 My Montana State Fighting Bobcats
5 William & Mary

I don't think we'll have any problem at home with the College of Bill and Karen, but our road to the National Championship goes through South and North Dakota. It only gets tougher from here.

My Griz never should have gotten an at large bid

Though they did manage to put 30 on NDSU

And a home game. Lots of folks were puzzled with that one. I suppose it helps when your AD is on the selection committee.

NDSU pretty much wiped up the field with them yesterday.

You are fighting a losing battle. Few fans and no money. UND and some of the other schools have done very well in hockey, even beaten some of the big guys. Even then they are struggling. Just the way it is if you go to a smaller college. Jackson State just lost its coach to Colorado.

SDSU is no slouch, that's going to be a tough game on the road. But if we keep playing like we have been, I think we can take them.

I'm predicting a rematch in Frisco with a different outcome. Even after the shootout at Sac State, I don't think UIW can take NDSU in Fargo.

It only gets harder from here, and if you want to be the best you've got to beat the best. Two more games to go.

Yeah, NDSU got a very generous seed. We should have been #3 to their #4 (if that). SDSU and Sac were likely where they should have been, even though Sac always shits the bed.

Should be some good games next weekend.

Go Cats!

Struggling ain't the word for it. This is a good old fashioned ass-whooping.

It's been a great season, but this one's over.

Yep, this is their year. NDSU had no business winning that game last night. The Rabbits are going to kill them if they play like they are today.

SDSU came to play today

I’m enjoying watching the Bisons get beat all over the field

FSC is more entertaining to me than the "big" school conferences.

SDSU Jackrabbits have a BIG talented team. Glad to see the Bisons getting wacked. Big Grin

With SDSU up 45 - 21 I'd say so. Big Grin
