Still waiting on verification whether it is valid or not. GiveSendGo has it on hold and won't pay out. Even though it was anonymous, I was able to determine the sender via GiveSendGo records and contacted him directly via e-mail. Hopefully he will respond soon to verify, and hopefully GiveSendGo will unfreeze it if legit. Otherwise it'll have to be returned to him somehow!

Anonymous sender, you know who you are. Please contact me via e-mail to confirm or deny this gift! I don't want to take anything that wasn't meant for me, though it would completely take care of our little "mortgage issue"...

Latest Update: The donation was real and legit. GSG did put a temporary hold on it until they could verify it as legit, but it has now been processed and on its way to my bank. I have been in direct contact with the giver also and expressed my overwhelming gratitude the best I possibly can through an email!

Since my original goal of $10,000 has been overwhelmingly surpassed, I will be closing it down within the next 7 to 10 days. I'm only leaving it open that much longer in case someone else was in the process of sending a donation, or just hadn't had the chance yet.

Thanks again to EVERYONE who donated, even those who could only afford a dollar!!! ALL gifts are appreciated more than you can know, and I actually feel some hope for the future now because of those!
