I've used AJPM when I used to dabble in that stuff.

+1 for www.AJPM.COM. I purchased platinum and gold through them.

I have used all of the above with the exception of AJPM. All good to go. Excellent service.

APMEX. Never had an issue over the past 15 years.

Silver, gold and platinum spot prices are very attractive right now.

I have had very good luck with providentmetals.com

Not to derail your question, but depending on where you live, I just go into one of our local coin dealers. I pick out exactly what I want and take it home with me, nothing gets lost in the mail.

It's fun to peruse their entire inventory in person and getting to know them personally, sometimes they will keep an eye out for what I want.

Do the liberty silver dollars have more collector premium than Silver Eagles?

I used to have a monthly purchase with Montana Rarities. They changed their purchase requirements and my continuing order ended.

Generally yes they do, for now anyway.

I bought new ASEs for $17.45 each at the last gun show.

I went to a coin shop and saw old silver dollars that were selling for $600 each.

The Morgan silver dollar is a beauty, I sold a bunch the last time silver was high, but kinda always wanted to get some back, especially in real nice condition they are hard to beat. But the eagles have a higher % of silver so was thinking about going that route.

Wow $600.00! they must have been in mint condition.
