Watching JFK’s funeral on television, at the same time as my great grandfather’s funeral was taking place. I was not “old enough” to go to Grand-Dad’s funeral.

69 Moon Launch live on B&W TV, and the subsequent moon landing on same. I'll never forget that, as a rabid reader and collector of everything science, that was pretty special.

September of 1957 we moved 1/2 mile down the street into a big house my grandfather bought us. My mom sold that house in 1975. September of 1957 I turned 3 years old and I remember moving into that house. We had a silver trailer and we moved my sister's dresser first thing.

I remember the trailer in the garage of the new house with the dresser in it. There are no pictures of it.

I vaguely remember footage of the Berlin Wall coming down in '89. I was 6. After that, missile cam footage from Desert Storm.
