four inch suspension lift
My Lesabre is four inches too low for me and the other old folks that take a ride , now and then .

we've decided that just another four inches of lift would be about right.

and it would stop the "chunk" that I hear from the cross member between the front wheels, on occasion.
I have to take drive ways one wheel at a time ( at an angle) at a snails pace, or the thing bottoms out , Chunk !

everything else is fine , just fine, front wheel drive,
nice trunk, good mileage, spacious interior,

I'd spend $1,200.00 to make it taller.

I know it will never happen , I am looking for a vehicle again, but I think anything else will cost more in m.p.g.

I'd get it back with 24 inch woofers and 1600 watt audio

4" is a rather large lift. what is the current age of your suspension?

You could have a set of air shocks installed for that and raise the ride. Would potentially improve the ride quality as well.

wouldn't a guy need longer drive shaft things?

Drive shaft things? You mean like from the rear engine to the front? Maybe drive shafts from the engine to the front wheels? Sounds to me like you'd need the spinner front wheels or hub caps to make it all work.

It is pretty common for the springs, especially the rear, to sag on this model. Depending on how low it is now, those may well give you that four inches.

it's the front that thunks on stuff,
this model has auto height adjust on the rear,
a compressor raises and lowers the bumper, depending on the amount of weight
