Boston Mayor Martin Walsh said he wouldn’t have met with Attorney General William Barr like his police commissioner did, though the mayor said Commissioner William Gross has the ability to meet with whomever he wants.
As the friends of my youth might say, that sounds like a personal problem.

CPD SIGThe answer is simple, Marty-
You’re a sensitive lil bitch-boy worried about sucking up for votes from your liberal voters as you guzzle from the “Orange Man BAD” challis.
And Chief Gross is a Cop worried about protecting his Officers and his City.

snorisScottish diplomat and member of Parliament Sir William Drummond of Logiealmond penned a quote in 1805 that is appropriate for this story. It is instructive that baseball executive Branch Rickey---who broke the major leagues' racial barrier and signed Jackie Robinson---framed it and hung it in his office:
"He, who will not reason is a bigot; he who cannot, is a fool; and he, who dares not, is a slave."
The Boston police commissioner met with Attorney General Barr to reason together.
The mayor of Boston stated that he would have not done so. Therefore, it stands to reason that he is a bigot.
