2016 Arizona Police Report: Cocaine Pipe Found in Car Rented by Joe Biden’s Son Hunter Biden
https://www.breitbart.com/poli...clined-to-prosecute/

long article

Breitbart News has exclusively obtained a heretofore unreported-on police report from days before the 2016 presidential election that describes how a cocaine pipe that authorities determined was used to smoke cocaine was found in a rental car returned to an Arizona Hertz location in the middle of the night

Also found in the vehicle were several personal effects of Hunter Biden, then-Vice President Joe Biden’s son, like two of his DC driver’s licenses, multiple credit cards, and personally identifying information like a Delaware Attorney General badge and a U.S. Secret Service business card that police said bore his name. Hunter Biden, according to the police report, had rented the vehicle from a location in California with the intent to return it to the Prescott, Arizona, location, where it was discovered the morning after it was dropped off with the drug paraphernalia and Hunter Biden’s personal effects inside.

No charges were filed.

Back in 2014, Hunter Biden was discharged dishonorably from the Navy after failing a drug test

His Navy Commission required multiple waivers—one to waive the age requirement, and another to waive past drug convictions which would have disqualified him. Then, within about a month of his Commission as a Naval officer, he was dishonorably discharged for the positive drug test.

After Hunter Biden’s brother Beau died, he began dating Beau’s widow Hallie—but they reportedly split up in 2019. Hunter Biden’s first wife Kathleen divorced him very messily in 2017. Kathleen alleged in court filings that Hunter Biden blew tons of the family’s money on hookers, strip clubs, and drugs.

Laboratory analysis by the Arizona Department of Public Safety later determined that the pipe discovered in the vehicle was used to smoke cocaine, not meth

Even if it is what it looks like, can we hold this against his father?

Not anymore than we can hold the son as guilty for molesting women and children.
The hookers are at least getting paid.

Curious about this part.

How do I go about getting an Attorney General badge and a U.S. Secret Service business card with my name on it?
Seems like it would be great to have something like that if the PoPo pulled me over for speeding or something silly.

I was curious about the phrase, "two of his DC driver’s licenses" as well.

Politicians seem to have forgotten that they work for us, not the other way around.

Article says cocaine but the police report says meth pipe and a bindle of meth. Who smokes crack anymore when meth is all over the place?

What if this were Trump's son? What do you think the media might do with such a report from a mere three years ago? You know the answer.

If dad was using his position and influence to get things for son such as multiple waivers for a Naval Officer commission, making things that you or I would be criminally charged for “go away”, etc. then it damn sure can be held against dad...

What part of "...Shall not be infringed" don't you understand???

I could find nothing in the story as to why this was not published when it happened. I did see that the Prescott police declined to prosecute. I am more interested in how a story such as this was NOT published in 2016. Was there undue influence exerted by Vice President Biden? This is the issue I was raising.

There wasn’t a Biden campaign in 2016. What there was at the time was a Vice President Biden. 10/28/2016.

Must have been pretty zoned out when he brought it back. If it was written up as meth, and was really cocaine, would that have any effect on pursuing it? Not that I think they even tried.

Daddy has taken good care of him but he could not influence the US Navy. Hunter was dishonorably discharged from the Navy for drug use. But why should he care. $50K per month and money deals in China and Ukraine using Air Force 2 for transit.

Look at this from a legal perspective, as a prosecutor would look at it.

All kinds of personal belongings were left as well as drugs.
Employee finds this and contacts the police.
No chain of custody.
Employee or someone else could have planted drugs, that’s what defense will say.
As a prosecutor, I have no hard evidence it was in his possession.
I will waste taxpayer money fighting a weak case.
Decline to prosecute.

That said, we all know he is guilty. But he wasn’t caught in possession. It was in a car that he had been using. Not beyond a reasonable doubt that he possessed them.

Thanks for the CCR song. It reminds me of my youth and what fun it was to carry water in the galvy bucket from the spring to the house in the dead of winter through the snow up the hill. Many a politician missed out on that fun!

This is like resurrecting old tales about supposed sexual harassment!

Charging someone for items left in a rental car is extremely difficult.

Many people had possession of the car before him, many people has accesss to the car after him and the dna on the pipe gets degraded by the heat required to smoke crack.

I have tried this angle, doesn’t work well.
