Sounds like a great trip! I’d like to go back someday to see Saigon. I know the house we lived in is gone. The Palm Royal Hotel is in its place.

Sorry your store got trashed. Gascon is a Soros scumbag and needs to go…

I'm glad you were able to visit. Sorry to hear about the break-in. About going back to Vietnam, there's a saying which I'm sure you understand: "You can never go back home."

"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.

Sorry to hear about the issues at the store. May Karma find its way to those assholes.

God bless ya Dave. That is a trip each and every one of you will remember for the rest of your lives. You'll forget the damage to the shop in a few months. Live the moment!

Sorry to hear about the store. Dang.

Your trip looks and sounded amazing. Beautiful group ... makes the trip fun to have everybody together. Looks like it was hot and muggy with the sweaty shirts.

In a way it might be fortunate that you were on a trip when your store was broken into and burglarized.

Wish the best for you and your family.

When my wife and I visited Civil War battlefields where our great-grandparents or other relatives fought it took on special meaning for us. I can only imagine--being so much closer in time and family relations--this trip was for you and your family. What a blessing for all concerned!

Too bad you are not in my area, I would help guard your store while you were gone. Glad you got some time away with your family.
