I am certain the same software is used to launch our Minutemen ICBMs, perhaps it can only be hacked if you ask it to play Tic Tac Toe.

Powers77Kind of ironic this post came to be. A couple of years ago I set up accounts for each of my parents, chasing those great interest rates.
Dad passed in early January and I need to get his account liquidated/transferred over to my mon. Not sure exactly and need guidance.
The website is a nightmare to navigate. Want to talk to someone? You are going to sit on hold for at least a couple of hours.
I'll be liquidating both accounts asap. Complete PITA to deal with and not worth the extra interest it might be generating.

You got that right.
I gave up trying to log in and clicked "I forgot my my account number". The site had me enter my name, full address, DOB, phone number, social security number, drivers license number, issuing state, expiration date, and bank account and routing numbers.
All that info only got me to the next hoop. I was presented with 10 different security questions (e.g., what is your mom's maiden name, etc.) and told to pick the three I had used when I opened the account, and input the answers.
It's been a couple of years since I opened the account and I had no idea which security questions I'd selected back then. I got locked out (again) after three tries.

A good reason to have a password manager. In the “Notes” section of all such accounts I have:
SQ1: security question 1
SA1: security answer 1
SQ2: security question 2
SA2: security answer 2
SQ3: security question 3
SA3: security answer 3
