That's odd, the picture I posted shows for me. It's a picture of an eagle with the caption: "I am no longer ACCEPTING things I cannot CHANGE. It is now time to CHANGE the things I cannot ACCEPT."
I checked the photo that I see and it says it's a JPEG, so I don't understand why some of you can't see it.
OK, I may have found the problem. I'm using Firefox as my browser; when I tried using IE11 the photo does not appear.
Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me.
When you had the votes, we did things your way. Now, we have the votes and you will be doing things our way. This lesson in political reality from Lyndon B. Johnson
"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." - Justice Janice Rogers Brown
And yet the photo appears in your response! I did try adding ".jpg" to the URL and the picture did show up (on Firefox) OK, but still did not display on IE11. Don't know what the problem is. If you click on the URL, the photo displays, too.

In such cases, sometimes you can find the same image hosted elsewhere via an image search (I use google images). You can also sometimes download and the image, then upload to whatever hosting service you use, such as imgur.
I found this via google images:

Flashguy, if you can see that link, it must require some sort of login or other information. The link doesn't work for anyone else. If you want to post it, put it on a 3rd party image hosting site.

Sorry. I pulled it from assaultweb.net. I'll bet roadkill can see it.

It doesn't here, or clicking on the URL.

They probably let people upload to their servers, and access is then restricted.
I'd say don't direct link to images hosted by that source.
