After using Windows 10 Paint 3D, Paint and Photos to, respectively, crop, resize and enhance pictures as necessary, I host them on Fototime.com.

I used to use PhotoBucket, but they went full retard.

Imgur is easy and free. So far it's worked out well for me, so I recommend it.

Mine is hosted on another gun forum--one I've been a member on for more years than this one. I actually created mine myself, using a gif editor. The original lives on my computer.
