frayedendsMy first real smoke on the LSG. Ribs and my first time making bacon.
I used this smoker once before for pulled pork. But I needed to work out the kinks of using a stick burner. I cured a 5 lb pork belly this week and today I smoked it and a few racks of ribs. Awesome is all I can say.

Ahh, good catch. The first pic is the first time I fired up the smoker about a month ago. I didn't take pic of the entire smoker today so I used that one. The white stuff is snow. It's gone now. All the other pics are from today.

jimmy123xThat looks awesome. I bet it all tastes just as awesome. The bacon looks a hell of a lot more like bacon than the stuff in the grocery store that’s 60% fat!

CPD SIG^^^ Yeah!
That bacon looks phenomenal! Let us know how it turned out!
This is one of the projects I have in the future. I have the grill, but not a smoker yet.
Soon.... Very soon...
